Cold Chisel return to their hometown to play a massive outdoor gig in support of newly released album, Blood Moon. Promising to deliver a set covering all the big songs from their back-catalogue, Glenelg Beach will play host to one of the hottest events of the summer. The line-up also includes fellow Adelaide legend Paul Kelly, multiple ARIA winners The Teskey Brothers, Melbourne roots act The Detonators and the classic rock sounds of The Tim Prestwich Band.
4 Hours of the Bend: Asian Le Mans Series – 10 to 12 January

Location: The Bend Motorsport Park, 543 Dukes Highway, Tailem Bend
The Tailem Bend track hosts international motorsport this January in a fixture of the famous endurance race that traces its legacy to the foundation of French motor vehicle association Automobile Club de I’Ouest (ACO) in 1908. With these vehicles recorded at a top speed of 343 km/hr, you are unlikely to find faster motor racing anywhere else in Australia this year.
Adelaide International Tennis Tournament – 12 to 18 January

Top level international tennis returns to Adelaide this summer with the inaugural Adelaide International event, featuring both men’s and women’s competitions in the lead up to the Australia Open. The men’s draw includes multiple grand slam winner Novak Djokovic and world number 18 Alex de Minaur. While the women’s field is headlined by current world number one Ash Barty and fellow grand slam winners, Venus Williams, Simona Halep and Angelique Kerber.
Crush Festival – 24 to 26 January

Location: throughout the Adelaide Hills
Hosted at various wineries in the Adelaide Hills, Crush Festival is a weekend to indulge the senses through premium wines, local food and entertainment offerings that include music, art and theatre.
