November 2017 in Adelaide is full of exciting events. Wander through a market at St Peters Fest, enjoy the sun and french culture at the french Markets, or welcome Santa to town at the Christmas pageant.

St Peters Fest 2017 – November 4th

Cost: gold coin donation

The St Peters Fest is held twice a year at St Peters Lutheran School, Blackwood. The family friendly event goes from 2pm till 7pm and involves performances, market stalls, activities and face painting.

Maker Faire Adelaide – November 5th

Cost: $10 Adults, free for children

Maker Faire in Tonsley is open from 10am till 4pm. It’s a family friendly day full of fun things to do, with many of the stalls allowing hands-on interactions with their displays. There will be food trucks on hand for refreshments, although you’re free to bring your own food.

Handpicked festival 2017 – November 11th

Cost: starts at $89.95

Lake Breeze Wines becomes a complete sensory experience from 9:30 am. Award winning wine, local produce, handmade goods, and Australia’s top musicians converge to create a unique experience only 50 minutes South of Adelaide. The festival lineup boasts Matt Corby, Jet, San Cisco, and the Jezabels.

Credit Union Christmas pageant – November 18th

Cost: free

South Australia’s traditional start to the christmas season since 1933. With over 172 colourful floats, performers, and clowns the pageant is a delight for all ages. The 85th pageant starts at 9:30am and follows King William Road.

French Market – November 24th and 25th

Cost: free

Head down to the Unley Soldiers Memorial Gardens for quiches, crepes, pastries and cakes. The market will be open from 5pm till 10pm on the 24th and from 10am till 10pm on the 25th. It’ll be full of french or french themed food and wine, live entertainment and plenty of shaded areas to enjoy the day with family or friends.
